The training of our staff is an ongoing process for the GSS International company. Under the procedures of quality assurance system in ISO adopted by our company is defined as the minimum qualifications for preventing new employee in the company, always taking into account the needs of the company.
We have also implemented the quality assurance ISO system, a process that underlines the company’s authority and our ongoing training.
The training needs are met by designing educational programs. The type of the training required for each different job can be done internally (within the company) or from external recognized organizations / partners and in particular can cover:
- Improve level of knowledge and skills in an employee’s scope of work.
- Training new recruits.
- Training staff who move to a new location.
